Ingredients (Bahan-bahan):
2 potatoes – cut into quarters & boiled (2 buah kentang – potong menjadi empat bagian & rebus)
2 eggs – boiled and cut into quarters (2 butir telur – rebus dan potong dua bagian)
Bean sprouts – blanched (Tauge – direbus)
Long beans – cut into 2 inch long, blanched (Kacang panjang – potong sepanjang 2 inci, rebus)
Firm tofu – pan fried/baked & cut into cubes (Tahu keras – digoreng/dipanggang & dipotong dadu)
Tempe – cut into slices & pan fried/baked (Tempe – dipotong-potong & digoreng/dipanggang)
Spinach – blanched & roughly chopped (Bayam – rebus & cincang kasar)
Cabbage – blanched and thinly sliced (Kubis – rebus dan iris tipis)
Cucumber – cut into cubes (Mentimun – potong dadu)
Chayote – boiled (Labu Siam – direbus)
Ingredients for Sauce (Bahan untuk saus):
100 gram fried peanut (100 gram kacang tanah goreng)
1 clove garlic (1 siung bawang putih)
1 teaspoon shrimp paste (1 sendok teh terasi)
2 red chili peppers (2 cabai merah)
1 teaspoon brown sugar (1 sendok teh gula merah)
1/2 teaspoon tamarind pulp (1/2 sendok the asam jawa)
1/2 teaspoon of lime juice (1/2 sendok the air jeruk nipis)
Salt to taste (Garam)
1 cup hot water, depending on desired thickness (1 gelas air panas, tergantung kekentalan yang diinginkan)

Mortar and Pestle (Cobek dan ulekan)
Serving dish (Piring)
Slotted spoon (Sendok saringan)
Steps (Langkah-langkah):
1. Place fried peanut, garlic, brown sugar, chilies, and shrimp paste in a mortar. Grind with pestle until everything is well mixed. Remove into a mixing bowl.
(Masukkan kacang tanah goreng, bawang putih, gula merah, cabai, dan terasi ke dalam cobek. Giling hingga semuanya tercampur rata. Pindahkan ke dalam mangkuk pencampur)
2. Add tamarind juice, lime juice, and half cup of water. Stir well and add more water to get the consistency of peanut sauce to your liking.
(Tambahkan air asam jawa, air jeruk nipis, dan setengah gelas air. Aduk rata dan tambahkan air lagi untuk mendapatkan kekentalan saus kacang sesuai selera.)
